Good to know
- The price covers the whole house exclusively — up to 6 guests, bed linen, towels, firewood and the sauna.
- Card payment (Beds24 / Stripe): we charge 30% of the stay at booking and the remaining 70% automatically from the same card 14 days before arrival. If you book less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount is charged at once.
- You can cancel your booking up to 21 days before arrival.
- We usually reply to inquiries the same day.
- We do not accommodate guests with pets.

Balance and arrival
We charge the remaining 70% automatically from the same card 14 days before arrival. Nothing else to do — the meadow is waiting.

Off-season, autumn and the holidays
Autumn and winter on the Polish Baltic coast, seen from a secluded house, look different from what you'd expect: the sauna warms up fast, the wood-burning stove keeps the living room glowing, and the beach at Lubiatowo is entirely empty. Off-season prices are lower too — Poland Baltic Sea off-season is quieter and easier on the budget.
New Year's Eve and Christmas at Salinko are quiet by design — no fireworks party, no crowd, just the whole house for up to 6 of you and the same minimum stay as the rest of the price list.
A birthday, an anniversary, or a weekend with grandparents — whatever the occasion, it's one price for the whole house, whether two of you come or six.

Frequently asked questions
Is the house just for us?
Yes — you book the whole house exclusively for your group; there is no shared space with anyone else.
How many people can stay?
Up to 6 guests, in 2 bedrooms with 6 beds in total — enough for two families or three couples, and it also works well for grandparents travelling with grandchildren.
Is there WiFi and a TV?
No, on purpose — we don't provide WiFi or a TV, so the meadow and the sauna take their place. There is mobile signal on site if you need to make a call.
Can we bring pets?
We're not able to accommodate guests travelling with pets.
What's the minimum stay?
Two nights.
How does booking and payment work?
You book online on the Beds24 page (the “Book online” button) and pay by card via Stripe. At booking we charge 30% of the stay as a deposit — the booking is valid once the deposit is paid, and your dates are confirmed right away. Your card is saved in Stripe, so the remaining 70% is charged automatically 14 days before arrival. If you book less than 14 days before arrival, you pay the full amount at once. Cancellation: up to 21 days before arrival. Rather ask first? Send the form — we usually reply the same day.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — up to 21 days before arrival, no questions asked. Just send us an e-mail. After that, write or call us anyway and we'll work something out together.
How far is the sea?
The nearest wild beach, Lubiatowo, is 21 km away — about 25 minutes by car. Several more wild beaches are within 30 minutes.
How do we get there from Gdańsk airport?
Gdańsk Airport is about 75 km away, roughly 1 hour 5 minutes by car; hiring a car at the airport is the easiest way to get here. Wejherowo railway station is closer, 28 km away.
Is it worth coming off-season?
Absolutely — the sauna, the wood-burning stove and an empty beach at Lubiatowo make autumn and winter one of the best times to visit.
