The house is simple and warm — natural materials, light walls, wood. Its heart is the living room with panoramic windows through which the wild meadow comes inside.

A cast-iron wood stove heats the house and the evenings. Next to it — a fully equipped kitchen where you cook with a view of the birches. After a day at the beach or in the forest, the sauna is waiting.

There is no WiFi here, and no TV — on purpose. Screens have a way of quietly taking over a holiday; without them, evenings slow down on their own, and the meadow outside the window becomes far more interesting than any feed.

There are no neighbours, no fences, and nothing to overhear or be overheard by. Just the house, the pond and three hectares of meadow around you.

We are not able to accommodate guests travelling with pets — the meadow is left for wildlife and for other guests with allergies. And there are no hidden fees: the price you see is the price you pay.

What you will find instead: a whole holiday house for 6 — enough space for two families or three couples — with a private pond and a stream on your own meadow. A genuinely no neighbours holiday house, in the quietest sense of the phrase.
