Inside

The house is simple and warm — natural materials, light walls, wood. Its heart is the living room with a panoramic window through which the meadow and pond come inside: frozen and white in winter, full of frog concerts in spring, mirroring the clouds in summer.

A cast-iron wood stove heats the house and the evenings. Next to it — a fully equipped kitchen where you cook with a view of the birches. After a day at the beach or in the forest, the sauna is waiting.

Around the house

Three hectares is far more than it sounds. A wild meadow where the grass blooms waist-high in spring. A pond among birches — read beside it, watch the birds, or take a brave dip. A stream at the edge of the land. A covered terrace with a wooden table for long dinners.

There is no fence blocking the view, because there is no one to fence off — the nearest neighbours are far away. Children can run endlessly; so can dogs (pets by arrangement — the meadow is their dream).
