We process only the data necessary to handle booking inquiries: name, e-mail address, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests and the message content. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and your consent given when sending the form.

How long we keep the data

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and a possible stay, no longer than 2 years, unless tax regulations require a longer period for billing data.

Cookies

The website uses no tracking or analytics cookies. We only use technical cookies necessary for the site to work (e.g. the form session). For this reason we do not display a cookie banner.

Who we share data with

Data is not sold or shared with third parties. Form messages are delivered by our hosting and e-mail provider (OVH) to kontakt@uroczyskosalinko.pl.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data and object to processing.
